Probe Economics LLC began as an econometric modelling shop at a U.S. university. Over the years, Probe has accumulated years of industry experience and shown that supply and demand economics combined with rigorous statistical analysis provide valuable insights into to the energy, chemical and plastics industries.

Probe has developed a wide array of forecasting and cost analysis models, covering everything from uranium mining, to energy and electricity production, to international chemical trade, to plastic resin manufacture.

Some of Probe’s more important models:

1. Track the consumption of dozens of petrochemicals by country and region.
2. Forecasts costs and prices for much of the organic and inorganic chemical supply chains.
3. Show the amounts of over 400 products and materials contained in goods that are imported and exported.
